* Database and executables modified and tested for:
- Modern league structures included wherever possible, i.e. Italy, Spain, Brazil, Japan, many more have been corrected
- 5 subs on bench in ENG/SCO, like everywhere else
- Korean league replacing Taiwanese
- Serbia replacing Yugoslavia
- Updated UEFA CL/UEFA Cup/CWC qualifiers (as best as is possible given ill-fitting formats) (Amiga version only)

- In light of the above please do not try to use this version of the database without the accompanying SWOS2 (Amiga) or SWS.exe (PC) game file - it will crash at some point!

Good afternoon all.
Just in case the World Cup Final isn't enough, the Synchronated SWOS Legends update is now available.

Features:

- Thousands upon thousands of legendary players, from late 1800s to present, distributed across hundreds of club teams worldwide, creating an 'all-time' playable career mode
- Scores of 'all-time best' national teams comprising the cream of the same player database
- Player attributes calibrated to provide as balanced a game as possible given the standard of the included players
- Dead/ailing clubs revived and placed in historical context - compete as Reims or Dynamo Dresden
- Fits the original league/data structure of SWOS 96-97 for fully working, rigorously tested Career Mode playability
- Players can only be at one club, so if you're missing your favourite player, try his other clubs
- Players have been assigned their preferred position to enable dream-team buying/selling/shuffling

Synchronated SWOS
National Team Update: World Cup 2010
v1.0 4/6/2010

- Several non-qualifying nations are also included
- Player attributes/positions are derived from FM10 using my own algorithm
- SWOS doesn't understand squad numbers beyond 1-16, so as always I've only used 1-16 even if the real squad number might differ
- Players are labeled with their preferred position (rather than current lineup position) so that shuffling them around is viable, for example Gerrard is not labeled as a LW just because that's where he will probably start
- These teams are not intended to be used as part of a SWOS career mode and you may experience bugs if you attempt to use them in career mode
- 'Final' squad lists were used as they stood on June 3rd 2010 and as such any later injuries/changes may not be accounted for

edit: since I posted this update, first-team players are dropping like flies. I really feel for these guys, especially as some of them are key African players missing the first African World Cup. I will post a file without the injured players once the games have started (and the player replacement period is out).
